Raffle Winner

We have a winner!

We are excited to announce the winner of A Forever Home Rescue Foundation’s annual Fourth of July 50/50 raffle! This year, thanks to your incredible support and generosity, we raised a total of $32,600. Half of this amount will go directly to our veterinary expense fund, which helps us provide essential medical care for the animals we rescue.

We are thrilled to congratulate Victoria M., the winner of this year’s raffle, who will receive $16,300! We are grateful for everyone who participated, and even if you didn’t win, your contributions have made a significant impact on our mission.

Whether you bought a raffle ticket or support us in other ways, your dedication to our cause is deeply appreciated. Your efforts enable us to continue finding loving homes for pets in need and ensuring they receive the best possible care.

Thank you once again for your unwavering support. Together, we are making a difference in the lives of countless animals.

Stevie (Stefan) In Memory

Dear Folks,

Enclosed you will find a check in rememberance of Stevie a black Chihuahua Mix that I adopted from AFH twenty years ago, or there about. I have had him since he was adopted in 2006. He was my companion, my clown, my sidekick and the reason I care to also care for two more chihuahuas. He gave me years of pleasure and was known in the neighborhood for his adventuresome ways.

One day there was a knock on my door and when I opened it, a young guy from the street was standing there. He said, “That’s him”….(pointing to Stevie who was standing beside me). “He stole my sandwich!” ?The guy had been working in his yard and turned away for a moment and when he turned back he saw Stevie with his subsandwhich hanging out of both sides of his mouth, trotting off back home. The guy followed him and told on him and I fixed him a replacement sandwich.

I justed wanted to thank you for all the effort you put into saving lives, day in and day out. I have certainly benefitted from your generosity.

Sincerely Lois

Happy Easter!

We hope you and your family have a very Happy Easter!

A Forever Home Rescue was the happy recipient of a football signed by Chase Young, donated by one of our volunteers. We had a great turnout on raffle sales, raising over $700!

The winner of this wonderful prize is…Sherry Long! Congratulations Sherry and a sincere thank you to everyone who bought tickets. We are indeed grateful for the support of our mission called A Forever Home!

Santa Paws

Santa Paws was a complete success. AFH would like to thank Pender Pet Retreat for hosting us and providing cookies and cocoa for attendees. We enjoyed meeting all the families and their doggies. It was also great seeing so many of our adopted babies with their forever families. We made well over $640 in funds that will go to help AFH finding loving homes to more deserving dogs and pups. Happy Holidays to everyone and we can’t wait to do it again next year!
