Hi, I am Louie! I am a loving and smiling little guy from Louisiana! Behind my cuteness, I am a happy and gentle soul. I like following my fosters around to make sure I do not get left out of the fun. I love my belly rubs, enjoy playing with my toys, and I am quick at learning from knowing "sit" and "paw". Each time I see you, my tail wags, and I like giving you my paw. I enjoy snuggling into you, and I like sitting next to my foster on the porch steps outside, smelling the air and seeing nature.
