AFH rescued Hank from Mississippi as he was on a rural road and needed medical treatment. He is a very sweet boy and is neutered and house trained. He has been treated and now has a clean bill of health We believe he may have come from a family with children as he loves watching the kids, either playing outside or nudging up to them at school bus stop to get pats. He is very calm and affectionate and loves to nuzzle his head on your lap. In case you have forgotten he is there. he will put a paw on your lap for attention. He loves going on walks, and stays close to you. He can be a little timid with other dogs, but after only three days he was comfortable around his foster family's two year old dog. He is very submissive and loves belly rubs. Hank now sits when he comes into the house so you can take his leash off and wipe his paws. He responds to his name and knows the commands "come" and "sit." Now his foster family is working with him on other commands. He is so ready to be adopted so please e-mail to meet him.
