Kolt
Kolt is a sweet and handsome boy who was rescued from someone who was trying to give him away at a Walmart in Mississippi. He is a brave, alert and energetic Aussie mix. The Aussie breed is known to be intelligent, easily trained, loyal and protective. He is a very affectionate, tail-wagging, playful puppy who loves everyone. He is also very interested in and would love to play with other dogs. He would do well with any family, including a family with another dog. We don’t know yet his response to cats. Kolt knows his name, is learning basic commands--sit, stay, come-- and is getting used to his crate and pen. He wears a collar and walks well on a leash. He sleeps through the night in a kennel. Kolt is working on house training and does all his business outside. This happy boy would make any family happy!
