Mabel came to us pregnant and did a great job raising her babies, who are now all adopted. She was a good mom, even when they were driving her crazy, and never minded anyone picking up her puppies. She is the sweetest dog I have known. Mabel is housetrained. She runs and plays and is great with people. She comes to be petted or loved on but also is fine off on her own. She is fine with my dogs and is polite, patient and content. She does fantastic on leash--does not pull or chase after squirrels. She loves treats and will do almost anything for food, but has good manners, even around food. She loves to follow her humans, even the little ones. She does not jump up on people and does not care if you hug her. She is not a Velcro dog and is fine with just being near her people. She has perfect house manners and does not chew on inappropriate things. I can’t say enough good about her. She is a great dog and deserves a great home!
