Fred was rescued from someone in Iran who kept him crated 24/7.  He’s a sweet little guy who is lucky to be alive. Dogs in Iran are routinely killed if they are seen in public – and the people with them are often beaten. It is a horrible place for dogs.  We tried to get Fred in January but dogs from Iran depend on passengers coming to the US from Iran to accompany them and there wasn’t a traveler available to accompany him. Fred got lucky and has a traveler who is bringing him to America on 3/13/20.  This was his last chance and we are happy that we were there to save Fred.
