Phoebe is one of the four P Pups who arrived from Mississippi. She is a beautiful puppy with a tan coat. She is the smallest and most timid of the litter.  While her siblings seek ways to find adventure outside of their playroom, she is content to stay behind.  She enjoys playing with toys or curling up next to her brother or sisters.  She tends to avoid getting involved in the rough playing that her siblings enjoy.
