Omani Bobby

Bobby is a saluki/sight hound mix newly arrived  from Oman on the Arabian Peninsula.  He is a totally handsome black and sable short-haired pup with a happy, sweet and gentle disposition, signaled by his ever-wagging tail.  He greets strangers and friends with a gentle hello and wagging his entire sleek lower body.  He seems to like other dogs as well.  He is learning to walk on a leash.  He is spirited and would love to run and prance.  He is learning basic commands and quickly learned sit and shake hands.  Bobby is crate trained and asks to go out by crying.  After he has done his businesses outside he is probably house-reliable.  He spends the night in his extra large crate.  During the day he definitely prefers to be out of the crate in a controlled environment near his foster.  Bobby weighs about 25 pounds and is still growing. If you would like to submit and application to adopt this beautiful puppy you can meet him at the weekly AFH Saturday events and you are welcome to come to the foster’s home in Fairfax City to visit with him.
