Beagle / American Pit Bull Terrier Mix

Mia is a beautiful young beagle/pit mix. She was a wonderful mother to her five puppies, but now it’s her turn to find a forever home. Mia loves other dogs, especially racing around the back yard playing keep away with a stuffed animal. She also gets along with cats, routinely rubbing noses with her foster’s meanest cat. Mia also does well with people and small children. She’s not shy, happily greeting everyone that comes through the door. She is house trained, although she still likes to tear apart her toys. Luckily she hasn’t tried to rip anything else apart, like the furniture. We’re working on leash skills since she can get excited when it’s time to go on a walk. Mia weighs 60 pounds. If you’re looking for a faithful forever friend, this may be the girl for you.
