Oscar is a German Shepherd/Border Collie mix. He is a friendly guy who gets along with kids and other dogs. Oscar and his brother Felix were in horrendous shape when they were surrendered to a high kill shelter. They were terrified, malnourished, and filthy. Not anymore! Both boys are doing fantastic now.
