Tommy Lee Jones

Tommy Lee Jones ... Must say the name fits him. He's active, playful and is a definite lover! Tommy Lee came to AFH from Hurricane Harvey. You can tell he was someone's pet because he knows 'sit' and 'stay,' and is housebroken. 

He comes when you call him--as long as he's not chasing a squirrel up a tree! The squirrels around here love to entice him into chasing them and then they run up a tree. While he's at the bottom barking up at them, they throw nuts at him! It's hysterical.

Tommy Lee would make someone a truly wonderful pet. I believe he would especially appreciate having a couch potato Mom/Dad all to himself so he could sit in their laps whenever he likes 24/7. His favorite pastime with us is curling up in my lap and laying his head so he can hear my heartbeat. Like I said, he's a lover!!  I know he would prefer a human all to himself. If you know someone who needs company, then Tommy Lee would be an ideal companion. 

He's fine with other dogs but I'm not sure about kids or cats.
