Scrappy is an adorable, loving guy who lives up to his namesake with his fun loving antics and charm.  Scrappy is highly intelligent, and he has solved the mystery of the dog toy box without the help of his Uncle Scooby Doo or the mystery solving team!   He gets each toy out, test them for " squeekability " using his "puppy power"  and proceeds to play with those who he discerns have just the right tone to them.   Scrappy would make a great addition to any active family with plenty of Scooby snacks !!
