Pig

What a gorgeous pure-bred Chinese Shar Pei. He is a "bone mouth" which means he has less wrinkles than the traditional Shar Pei. He came from a terrible backyard breeder, where he and his parents were kept outside in a dirt pen. Pig is a very smart dog, and learns whatever you teach him quite quickly. He is housetrained, and crate trained. He walks well on a leash as well. He would do best in a home with no small children. He gets along well with all size dogs, however he has a dominate personality. He tends to get along better with female dogs his size. He has a good amount of energy, so an active family would fit him best. He is a typical Shar Pei, it takes him a while to trust new people, but once you have earned his trust, he is extremely loyal. if you would like to meet him, please e-mail and his foster mom will invite you to her home so you can see how truly wonderful he is.
