Oreo came to us from Puerto Rico. He is energetic and loves people (children) and other dogs.  Not cat tested, but I doubt there would be an issue. He just loves to play and enjoys fetching and tug. He is crate trained already and we are working on house training.  He is very smart and will catch on quickly.
