Merlot is incredibly sweet. After two days she is showing her playful side with more running around when in the backyard. She likes to nab wooden spoons out of the dishwasher when you are not looking, which is part of her herding instinct. No problem though as she allows us to pull it out of her mouth. She is a little timid around children but welcome the 9 and 7 year old kids in her home to feed her and brush her. She is wonderfully house trained and protests only for a few minutes when crated at night. As a Border Collie she deserves strong activity that gives her chances with agility and play. We are told she is good with cats and other dogs.
