Hello! My name is Rosemary, Rosie for short. I am such a happy pup despite my condition. I was born with a congenital defect in my esophagus. The doctor calls it Mega Esophagus. I was born without the control to hold my food and water down. I need to be fed and given my water in a upright position. Later on when I get bigger, I will need a special feeding chair. It is called a Bailey chair. Everyone tells me I will have a normal, happy life. I just need to find an extra special home. Update: I want everyone to know I am doing so well! Although my condition sounds intimidating, it is very manageable. I have been eating on my own, having improved so much as I have grown. My foster mom can't believe how smart, happy, and active I am. I am working on my housetraining every day. I really love to explore outside. I am also very well socialized and I love meeting new people. I really love to be held and loved on. I'm such a sweet girl.
