Basil is an adorable beagle mix who came to AFH with her two puppies, Benji and Bernie. She weighs about 35 pounds. Basil is just a love bug. She enjoys tummy rubs and getting and giving hugs once she gets to know you. She's spending most of her time taking care of her babies now, and is a wonderful mommy. She is crate-trained and seems to be housebroken too! She's doing well with her foster siblings, and will no doubt be running and chasing them around the yard very soon! She'll be available for adoption in early December, and can be visited in her foster's home in mid-November when her puppies are six weeks old. Basil will be a wonderful addition to any family who wants to give her lots of love and attention. Come and meet her and you'll immediately fall in love!
