Tipsy is a female black lab mix with a sweet personality. She loves people, going on long walks, and running with her foster sister in the fenced back yard. She loves squeaky toys and good chew treats. Tipsy chases cats so should not go to a home with cats. She is good with other dogs. She loves to lay in your lap or curl up next to you. She is housetrained and knows basic commands.
