Lucy Boxer Mom

Lucy is a shy, smart  Boxer mix who sadly missed having lots of experiences as a puppy, leaving her a little fearful of new situations. Our trainers are busy helping to fill in the socialization gaps, building her self-esteem and providing a foundation of basic skills and manners. Lucy has quickly learned to walk well on a leash, and that the humans she knows are trustworthy and will keep her safe.

Lucy needs a home where she will continue to be held accountable for good behavior, have consistent rules and boundaries, and of course be loved for the wonderful, sensitive girl she is. We cannot stress enough that just providing Lucy with love and affection is not enough to help her feel safe and confident. With some simple rules and firm boundaries, you will be rewarded with an extremely loyal companion.
