Maddie Jo is a delightful, sweet, 8 pound bundle of joy.  Quite an affable way about her.  Laid back and not pushy.  LOVES to cuddle and generally soak up any attention offered - and she offers her love freely.  The older dogs in our house have given her the scoop on how the household runs and she is content with their rules.  She barks at our cat - doesn't try to attack him, just barks.  We have put them nose to nose and she is as curious about the cat as he is her.  She is not fully housetrained, but we do know she likes for us to stay with her outside until she selects "her" spot and goes.  We do this frequently to engage her in going outside, not inside.  It's like having a baby, as we have to provide her with constant, focused attention, but she will adapt quickly.  And did I mention how CUTE she is???  OMG!  It's a cuteness overload.  Such expressive eyes.  We took her for a walk and she didn't know what the goal was, so that says there was no leash training in her previous home.  We just love her.
