Roscoe is a pure-bred Bassett Hound. He was given up by his owners. He was originally owned by a family and lived indoors, but when they couldn’t keep him, they gave him to a family that chained him up to a dog house. He had been living there until he was rescued. He’s very friendly and good with dogs and children.
