Lucy the Beagle

Lucy is a sweet little girl. She was returned to the rescue due issues surrounding separation anxiety. We have been working with her with a process called conditioned relaxation. After just a couple of days she is better able to rest comfortably in her crate and tolerate being left in a room alone. We feel that she will very quickly learn how to exist in any household without displaying the destructive behaviors which caused her previous owners to give up on her.

We are also working with her on walking politely on a leash and other basic commands. Lucy is a smart girl and is a fast learner. Her training paired with exercise and a home where she is given structure and basic rules to follow will give her the tools to be an ideal companion for just about any family situation.
