Papi is a wonderful dog. He is 8 pounds of Chihuahua and 800 pounds of love and tenderness. Papi is a 6 yeear old purebred Chihuahua that came from Miami Dade in Florida up to AFH. When he came he was shy, very quiet, and didn't seem to want to be around people. Now 3 weeks later, all he wants to do is to be in your lap and love you. He sleeps right up at my shoulder just to say “I'm here, I want to say I love you “ and he is learning to play with toys. I think he had a rough life as he didn’t know what play was and he seemed to gobble his food as if there would never be enough. He is very obedient comes when he is called, looks up at you to say “OK, I'm here what do you want.” He is crate trained, housebroken, he gets along well with other dogs and cats, and just exudes tenderness and love.
