These poor little pups were dumped on a back road in West Virginia at only 4 weeks of age. We believe they are chihuahua/pug mixes. Lighting is the smallest of the litter with the biggest personality. She loves to be the center of attention, sit on your lap, get belly rubs and give kisses. She doesn’t like to have the other dogs jump on her or steal her toys. For that reason, she would be better in a home without another dominant dog or small children. If you are looking for a small pup to give attention and love to and receive it in return, this is the girl for you!
