Maltese Mix

I'm a lovable, smart, and easily trainable purebred Maltese. Recently rescued by AFH from a puppy mill, so I still have a bit of adjusting. I'm feeling better already only 2 days after arriving at my new foster home. At first I strained at my leash and was terrified of going out on their small patio. Now I lead the way and run my foster mom all over the neighborhood. I'm working on potty training and am almost close to graduating. I love to meet other dogs while they walk their owners. Most of the dogs here are a lot larger than I am, I'm only about 7 pounds of fluff, but I like them all so far. I'm adjusting to mild "separation anxiety" or doggie PTSD and have a hard time and express myself by barking at night. But If you crate me in your room or where I can see you, I do a lot better. I love my crate and run in and out of it as I need to. I love to sit with my foster mom and watch myself and my other doggie friends on A forever Home website. Soon I'll be over this little mild anxiety. Once I feel more secure I will not bark unless I need to go out. I so want A Forever Home and someone or a family to love. I'm really quite cute if I do say so myself. Love, McQueen
