Hey Papillion lovers, my name is Toby. I'm a 13 month old, pure-bred Papillon who came in from a breeder with my cousin Corkey. I am a little bundle of sunshine and happiest around my humans, kids, and other dogs. I especially love being held and massaged and even fall asleep in laps. I am cratetrained and doing very well with my housetraining. I walk well on a leash, ride well in a car, am neutered and all vetted. I'm just waiting for my forever home. I also LOVE my treats and will dance if you get the bag out. I look forward to meeting you at the next adoption event, but if you can't wait, my foster mom will be happy to set up a meet n greet. My foster kids call me Gizmo because they say I look like Gizmo from the Gremlins movie.
