Things have been a little rough for me. After the long ride from MO, I went into one foster home (Sunday). The next day was a trip to the groomers. Pretty traumatic for a mill dog. After coming "home" from that I got a new foster which meant new dogs and people and house (Monday). I got settled into that and was brought to the vet (Thursday). He kept me on the spot to spay me, so that meant 2 nights there living in a crate and bringing back not so good memories. Finally Saturday I made it back home. My first week has been chaotic, but my foster mom is assuring me I am all done and can relax until my new forever home. As you can expect, my head is still spinning, and I'm probably behind the power curve in getting adjusted to a normal lifestyle. Because I am still working on getting all my shots, I can't go to an adoption event yet.....and by the time I am ready, it's Thanksgiving so there won't be one.
