Do these eyes look right into your heart? How can a dog so cute end up as a stray, enter a shelter in PG County, pregnant and unwanted? Luckily AFH stepped in and brought her here to deliver her pups and give her a temporary place to recover and nurture her babies. She weighs about 17lbs. She was shaved at the shelter so will look even cuter when her hair grows back. She appears to have been used to a home before--knows how to sit and curl up in a doggie bed. She is very affectionate and seems a very excitable dog with lots of energy. She gets along with fosters dog and children and visitors, although is a bit protective of her 7 babes. She will be busy nursing for a few more weeks but will then need a loving, patient home to help her blossom into a great pet.
