Toby is a bright and energetic boy. He really wants to play with the big dogs, but is satisfied chasing and wrestling with his foster-sisters. He loves people and attention - which he shows by wagging his tail constantly. After Toby has a chance to use his energy up in the backyard, he is happy relaxing in his crate and entertaining himself with toys. He is very quick - both in mind and body!
