Sparky is a Yorkie/Poodle mix. He was one of 12-15 dogs seized from a puppy mill by the Montgomery County Humane Society because of poor conditions. Sparky is a little timid at first with new people but seems to be starting to trust his foster family. He is learning to walk on the leash, is not housebroken, but is crate trained. He was badly matted when he arrived.
