Shadow is a young guy that was kept chained up in the backyard by his owner with Midnight (who may very well be his brother). He was fed only occasionally, did not have any shelter from the elements, and was never taken to the vet. Thankfully, he was rescued by his foster mom who is teaching him that people can be kind and the world need not be a scary place. We do not know his breed and are guessing that he must have some Border Collie in him because of his coloring.
