Rocky is a pure-bred Maltese that is being given up because his owner can no longer care for him. He weighs 12 pounds which is larger than breed standard. He is a big strong boy that can do stairs easily. He is very sweet and friendly with other dogs. He is also good with strangers and is especially good with children. His only health issue is an allergy to rice, but has eaten dog food most of this life without problem. Rocky is housetrained and has been well cared for his whole life.
