Dear Family, As you can see my name is Heineken. I will make the perfect addition to your home. My fosters say I am 95% boxer and 5% lab because they can't be sure of my heritage. You see I have had a rough life so far. As a stray, I starved and was hit by a car in 2005, then AFH rescued me. My first family had to return me because their life situations changed and they could no longer provide the proper home for me. Now I am ready to start a new life but need a family to provide me the chance. Even though I love all the food and attention that my foster parents give me, I want a family of my own. I will be so grateful for your love and affection. In return I can provide you with hours of love and laughter. I like to play, especially with a laser light pen. I also love to curl up and fall asleep with my people. I am housebroken but not a big fan of a crate--I would much rather be out and about with you. My fosters tell me that I can not go to a home with cats because I will chase them. I like kids, but my foster says that I should go with older kids. I like having dog siblings but it takes time for me to get used to them before I am comfortable. I can also be the only dog. I promise that I will be the best boxer ever, Scouts honor (paws crossed)!
