Nugget spent the first part of her life tied to stake in a yard with not enough water and food, and lots of yelling and kicking. She is now between 2 and 3 and is learning that she can trust people. In recent months she has met lots of new people, some of whom she likes instantly and others that require a little time to know. She is very sweet and affectionate with people she knows, loves kissing and playing, and sleeping under the covers. She still needs some housetraining and isn't wild about the crate, but is getting better in both areas. She is dog aggressive with some dogs, but not with submissive males with whom she loves to play. She's not wild about cats. She is very healthy, spayed and fully vetted. She needs an adults-only home with people that can give her lots of attention, continue her training and socialization, and will give her the kind of loving home she was meant to have.
