Sparky I weighs 45 pounds but is definitely overweight. His foster mom will work on that! He was rescued from a rental house where tenants moved out and left Sparky and another dog tied to short chains in the middle of a field. He’s great with other dogs and with people. We haven't had him with cats, so we're not sure how he would do with them.
