This handsome guy is Pup. He came to AFH from a busy rural shelter in West Virginia. Pup was picked up by animal control after he wandered the streets for a few days. The shelter found his owner but she wouldn’t take him back. She said she could no longer care for him. It is very likely that she just set him loose to fend for himself. Pup is great with dogs, cats, and kids. He has such a wonderful temperament that while he was at the shelter they used to him to temperament test other dogs.
