The Culvert pups were found living in a culvert on an oil well site in rural Louisiana. Andi and his litter mates were found in a culvert in Louisiana. He is a small playful boy that is working hard at learning that people don’t love puppy nibbles. He has so much love to give though that he just doesn’t know how to contain himself. Andi communicates his needs and loves to play as much as he loves his snuggles.
