Langston 8 George
I know I am not a purebred Plott Hound, but I sure do look like one. Don't I have beautiful brindle coloring? According to the AKC, Plott Hounds are mellow gentlemen at home but fearless and bold when hunting. I want to be just like that. My foster mom and dad say I already have the mellow gentleman part down. They think I am terrific. Also ,they know I'm smart, because I figured out what the word "Outside!" means and they were not even trying to teach me! (Their dogs showed me.) I am always affectionate and eager. My foster dad started calling me Curious George because I am so inquisitive about everything around me. I love everyone I meet — big people, medium people, small people, and kids. I love playing with other dogs of any size and also love snuggling with people. I stay comfortably in my crate when I am supposed to. A nice lady in Louisiana took my mom in when she was pregnant. We all stayed with that lady until we were big enough to leave our mom. I have lived with one foster family ever since then. My foster mom says I am irresistibly lovable. I love her, too, but she says she cannot keep me and I want a FOREVER home.
