Chula

Chula is adorable, sweet, and eager to interact with people and with other dogs. She loves to go for walks. She is comfortable staying in a wire crate as long as she also gets plenty of time to play in a much larger space. She is making good progress on house training. Most of the time she pees and poops outdoors, but she has not yet learned to signal us when she needs to go outside, so she sometimes still uses the indoor potty area defined by newspaper on the floor. She has been very cooperative as she learns which things are OK to chew (e.g., tennis balls) and which things are not (e.g., chair rungs). She has also been cooperative about learning to stay off of all furniture except for the loveseat that is reserved for dogs. It seems likely that other aspects of training her will be easy.
