Sweet boy Bailey is ready for his forever home. He comes from a hoarding-ish situation in Charlottesville and just loves his new life of warm, comfy, and uninterrupted sleep. He gets along really well with other dogs and seems to be wiggly around small kids, although we haven’t truly exposed him to wee ones yet. (However, if his tolerance for Pipers incessant pulling on his ears and lips is any sign, he’ll do great with kids.) He is fabulous on a leash in spite of never having anything around his neck until last weekend. I’ve never seen a dog love belly rubs more too. We’re not sure of his breed, but he’s got a hound howl (the couple of times he’s used his voice) and is very interested in birds. You can fill out an application for Bailey at www.aforeverhome.org.
