Qatar Delia

If you've ever secretly hoped to have a DEER as a pet, Delia is your girl! Her long legs and big ears very closely resemble Bambi as she hops across the yard or bounces around for some play-time. Delia was found in a bag in the middle of the street in Qatar. Thanks to a sponsor, she was flown to Virginia and is now safely in her foster home in DC. Delia is incredibly social, playful, cuddly, and just plain old sweet. She is the first to hop up next to you on the couch, and also the first to grab a toy (or her new favorite things in the whole wide world: bully sticks!!). Her foster parents have 3 dogs (who Delia loves and wishes would play with her more) and 2 cats (who Delia also loves, and sniffs gently, doesn't chase). They have been working on potty training and walking on a leash. Delia has fantastic leash instincts when she's wearing a harness, so her foster parents think she will be a fantastic running buddy one day.
