Sebastian is a beautiful Collie shepherd Mix. Had to have been someone’s indoor pet. He is wonderful even due to his size walk so great on a leash. He is fine with other dogs, but prefers people and is super gentle. He has had training as he knows some commands. He was found as a stray with tags but his owners did not come to retrieve him.
