Roscoe is a Lab/Beagle mix (yeah, we know – but that’s what his official records say!) He is a total wiggle butt. He was a stray whose family never came for him. He gets along with other dogs and he loves people.He is a ham and loves belly rubs! During outside time he will prance around and then flop over for a belly rub. This guy is extremely friendly and is just a happy little soul.
