Jip
Male (Altered) — Date of Birth: 01/05/2015 (11 years old (Senior))
Jack Russell Terrier Mix
Jip is a Jack Russell mix. He was thrown from a car and was supposed to have ended up in the river. Lucky for him, he did not land in the water and a nice woman who saw what happened stopped to see what was in the bag. Jip is now safe and looking for his forever home. Jip is doing great on house, crate, and leash training. He’s a very happy and smart pup, learning to sit, catch treats out of the air, play with the other pups in the house, and gaining some independence. He plays with toys nicely on his own and politely waits to be invited to play with people. Outside in the grass he likes to hold his own leash and run a few yards ahead, then wait until everyone catches up before taking off again. He’s smart, funny, intense, intensely interested, and lively. He jumps up and down like a spring, and is in your lap or at your feet before you even know it. When you stop somewhere, he sits close to watch and study you. When you move, he’s already there. If you’re very, very active and have the time to train his sharp mind, you’ll end up with what may be the closest bond you’ll ever have!
