is a 6 year old Tibetan Terrier mix looking for his forever home.
While he is still a young dog, he is mostly blind. However, that does
not stop him from doing most things that a sighted dog can do. Frankie
learned very quickly to go out the doggie door into the yard and back
in. He is very sweet and affectionate and gets along well with other
dogs. Frankie loves toys and will play with them all day. If you would
