Silas could also be the alpha of the litter.  He is always first to the food bowl, first through the gate, first to climb into our laps.  He loves to romp and play, and is affectionate and cuddly.  He has gorgeous, distinct black and white markings with brindle cheeks.  He barks when hungry or playing, but otherwise is quiet.   All of Shelby’s pups are becoming well socialized and beginning their paper training.  They are great with our boisterous household, which includes a busy, loud toddler and two medium-sized dogs.  His mom is a 50 lb. hound mix.  This breed is known for being loyal companions, reliable with children, good with other dogs, and athletic.  He will need regular exercise and room to romp and play.
