Charlie is a white bundle of energy!  He loves playing with toys, and especially with his foster's 12 year old son and little chi.  Snowball's quickly picking up potty training, using both puppy pads and going outside.  He has beautiful, soft white fur and has just a touch of tan on the tips of his ears.  When you hide his ears, he looks just like a baby seal!!!
