Daphne is a stunning Chihuahua who came to us when it was discovered that her elderly owner was not properly caring for her and several other small dogs. It is clear, however, that she was not mistreated, as she loves to arrange herself in a lap or be carried about! She is fawn colored, and her tail and seldom-touching-the-ground delicate paws are tipped in white. She loves the car, taking the lead on walks and simply being wherever her people are throughout the house. Daffie has a youthful yet calm demeanor, but will join her foster dogs in sounding the alarm if necessary. Due to her size, she would be best suited as a companion for adults or in a home with mature, responsible children. She is crate trained and will use pee pads, but she is very successful in learning to use the outside facilities. This healthy little girl has all vaccines updated and will have her spay surgery very soon. If she sounds perfect, she absolutely is!
