My name is Penny and I'm a 6 year old full bred Shih Tzu. I just arrived in NOVA and my foster mother and her family already love me! I had to have my fur shaved because I was so matted, but my groomer said I will have a "gorgeous coat" once my fur grows back! I am gray and white with stunning brown eyes that will melt your heart! I am house-trained and love to take walks on the leash. I haven't met any children yet, but I am very comfortable with both males and females--I love everyone! I also like dogs--there are 2 small dogs in my foster family and we all get along really well! I have a very calm and affectionate personality.
