Frank originally came from a puppy mill in Parkersburg. He recently arrived in his new foster home. It is already apparent that he just LOVES other dogs - he was so happy - smiling - as he ran around with the other dogs in his foster home - size does not bother him - he just wants to play. He was very shy with his foster mom at first, but he warmed up by the end of the night. Stay tuned for updates.
